Italian cooking teambuilding
You may not have noticed it, but with the current state of the world economy many of your staff are, if not depressed, at least suffering from low morale. So maybe it’s time to give them a little boost, and what better than some motivation from a fun Team Building exercise. Italian cooking teambuilding is just one of the diverse cooking competitions that you can involve your staff in. In this exercise you can have up to four teams of between 6 and 12 members each, and each team has to prepare the same six dishes. In the Italian cooking teambuilding module the six dishes are
- Roman egg soup - a classic soup with a delicate taste, quick and easy.
- Spaghetti carbonara - with egg, frozen peas and cream sauce, quick and simple.
- Braised chicken with mushrooms - a classic dish for chicken pieces.
- Wet polenta - with butter and cheese, the classic way of serving polenta.
- Bread and tomato salad - a delicious summer salad.
- Tiramisu - A Tuscan chilled trifle, with custard, espresso, mascarpone and biscuits.
At the end of our Italian cooking teambuilding exercise your staff each gets to take home a set of recipes and notes, and at the end of the event they get to taste what they have cooked. Bearing in mind that more often than not you will find some team members that have never lifted a finger in the kitchen before, you can imagine the sort of fun that occurs when you let loose so many in the kitchen at the same time. Talk about “Too many cooks spoil the broth…”! We provide all of the ingredients for these Italian cooking teambuilding as well as an apron for each participant to wear.
