Team development seminars

Wickedfood Cooking School is an ideal place for group corporate teambuilding sessions including team development seminars. There is no dispute that evidence shows us that the best test of a team is when all members have to work together towards one common goal. There are few activities that test this more effectively than through team cooking, and this is why we have developed an exciting leadership programme that includes the fun component of competition cooking, with the more serious aspects of exploring team dynamics. Team development seminars last for 6½ hours and are run together with one of Gauteng's top industrial psychologists. We use competition cooking as a means to explore team dynamics and furnish
participants with the tools to work more efficiently, together as a team.

Wickedfood Cooking School’s team development seminars are run by Industrial Psychologist, Steve Renecle. They are designed to develop the performance and hence the effectiveness of working teams, using cooking as an ideal testing ground to bring out the real group dynamics of the teams and to have a lot of fun while doing so. Participants will experience:

• Greater insight into what makes good teams work
• More understanding and tolerance of their team mates
• An understanding of their own team profile, as well as that of the team as a whole
• A unique analysis of the natural team dynamics
• Great fun experience while putting a meal together
• Some very useful cooking skills
