Cooking classes

If you are an individual wanting to learn a little more about cooking, or a manager wanting to give some of your employees a leadership exercise, you cannot do better than to attend one or more of Wickedfood® Cooking School’s cooking classes. These cooking classes are excellent value and run for four hours in mornings and evenings, seven days a week. The school offers over 200 different classes, all of which are taught by skilled well-trained instructors. Courses have been designed to cover a whole range of different ethnic foods from all over the world, and will appeal to a whole cross-section of the public. We have taught newly-weds, pensioners, part-time cordon bleu cooks and even qualified chefs who wished to broaden their knowledge.

Cooking classes are not just for different ethnic foods such as Thai, Mexican or Spanish, but also deal with a number of specialist foods, such as making pasta or Cadac cooking. Our cooking classes are all hands-on, and every person present gets to take part in the preparation and cooking of the dishes. They are also a lot of fun where you not only learn new skills, but get to network with colleagues and clients. We have developed a highly successful formula that is in great demand to both individual clients and to the corporate world. After being introduced to the “foods of the day” you will be split up into teams of between 6 and 12 to a team.
