Cooking school

Wickedfood® Cooking Schools run scheduled individual classes in the mornings from ± 09h00, in the evening, from ± 18h00, seven days a week. A class lasts for about 4 hours. All of the classes are “hands on” – that means that everyone actually participates in the preparation of dishes, of which there are usually at least six per class. Wickedfood®  is a cooking school with a difference. It’s a place where you not only learn new culinary skills, but you also get to meet a whole lot of new people who have similar interests. If your class happens to be one organised by a corporate group it’s a whole new way of getting your staff to interact with each other or, indeed, of entertaining your clients. How is this all put together?

The class at this cooking school starts off with an introduction to the dishes that are to be prepared and cooked by the class. The class is then split up into groups, and each student in each group gets their hands dirty preparing the six dishes that are to be cooked by each group. We can accommodate up to 48 students at a time at our Sunninghill branch and a maximum of 30 at our Boksburg cooking school. Each group is subject to a maximum of 12 students. All of the ingredients and the use of an apron are included in the price of the course. At the end of the class the participants all get to sit down together and eat the food they have prepared.
