Guacamole

An avocado pear dip with onion, chillies and tomato, ideal with nachos as a snack with drinks. To get the right chunky consistency, the avocado pears should be ground in a mortar or mashed with a fork.
2 large avocados, just ripe
1 T finely chopped onion
1 or 2 chillies, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
2 sprigs coriander, chopped
Lime juice
Salt
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh. Mash with a fork, or in a mortar, leaving it fairly chunky.
2. In a bowl combine the avocado, onion, chillies, tomato and coriander and mix thoroughly. Add a few drops of lime juice and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
